Dr. Hickey is an experienced podiatric practitioner with extensive background in general and surgical podiatry. He has been an important part of California Foot and Ankle Institute since joining the practice in 1982 and is trained in minimally invasive surgery techniques. Expertise Dr. Hickey has been a Clinical Instructor for the Fellowship Program at Ambulatory Surgical Center since July 1998. He was a clinical/surgical instructor for the Preceptorship Program at Dr. Weber’s Podiatry Group, 1981-1984, and also clinical instructor for the Advanced Surgical Fellowship Program, affiliated with the California College of Podiatric Medicine, July, 1998, to July, 2002.
